All the websites are operated by Chuck Woodbury with a little help from his friends. Our staff is small but efficient, and our operation is set up so that we can spend as much time living the RV lifestyle as we do writing about it. And so we are on the road a lot in our RVs, staying in touch with business associates and customers primarily by email. On matters relating to product orders, our representative can normally be reached Monday through Friday during regular business hours (West coast USA). However, the editor often travels and it may take him several days (or longer) to respond.
