TengoInternet Announces System-wide Contract to Install and Manage Wi-Fi Services at Encore SuperParks and RV Resorts and Sunburst RV Parks

AUSTIN (TX) - (December 3, 2003) TengoInternet, a leading wireless Internet service provider for the camping and hospitality industries announced today its agreement with Encore Communities, owner and operator of destination recreational vehicle (RV) communities, to install and operate Wi-Fi services at the company's properties. Encore is headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ and manages its 31 communities under the nationally recognized brands of Encore SuperParks and RV Resorts and Sunburst RV Parks in Florida, California, Texas and Arizona.

The system-wide installation and service contract makes Tengo one of the largest providers of Wi-Fi services to the RV industry, with installations completed or planned at more than 80 RV parks from coast to coast. Tengo has already deployed its service in 13 Encore Community locations.

"We are excited that our RV communities are among the first in the industry to offer wireless Internet service. Our decision to add this service as an amenity was in response to customer demand and in keeping with our strategy to differentiate ourselves from others within the RV industry", said president, Colleen Edwards. "Like all consumers, our guests are looking for a faster, more reliable and convenient way to connect to the Internet for communication, information and entertainment purposes."
